Cold room door is the entryway to cold room, it is crucial to maintain the inside condition stable and keep the cold room safe. We are specialized in designing and manufacturing up to the standard rapid rolling doors to maintain hygiene environments. And built-in flexible magnetic strip compensates minor sealing error and ensures no air disturbance. All our cold room doors are made with the CFC-free insulated PU panel, stainless steel or galvanized steel that meet EC/USDA international hygiene standards, they are are available in customized sizes and structure for temperature ranges from -36°C to 10°C. It has the characteristics of perfect sealing, reliable, safe and easy to operate manual or automatically.
Cold Room Swing Door is the legend door for isolating certain space between two different temperatures when environmental control is required. The cold room swing door is often used in the pre cooling room which can open and close with its connecting hinges which can return the primary place and stop on the center position of the door frame. The sealing strips around the door can combine with door frame tightly when the door closed. The cold room swing door can reduce the energy consumption and improve the quality of the cold stored products. GYW swing doors are designed and manufactured with the latest technology, finest materials and qualified features to provide maximum thermal separation, flexible switches and longer service life.
GYW BRAND single panel and double panel doors are suitable for both interior and exterior applications, they are made with galvanized steel sheet, optional aluminum sheet or stainless steel sheet and CFC-Free foamed-in-place polyurethane core. Some of them are equipped with sensor for open and close automatically. Customized size, ODM, OEM are available.

Hinged door is made by plastic material and surface metal, with environmental PU of high density and fire resistance foaming inside, it has good sealing, and easy to install, so it is usually used for small cold room. Customers can choose hinged door of half buried or all buried depending on the situation of cold room, and also can choose different sizes. Common size of cold room hinged door is 700mm*1700mm, 800mm*1800mm, 1000mm*2000mm. If the height of cold room hinged door is more than 2 meters, it will be installed 3 or 4 hinges to make it stable.
