Determining how far a condensing unit should be from a house:

1、 Principles of compressor layout
All pressure gauges, thermometers, and other instruments on machines and equipment should be installed in a clearly visible location, generally facing the main operating channel. The suction and exhaust valves of general refrigeration compressors should be close to the main operating channel, and their handwheels should be located in the main channel for easy operation and observation. The height of the inlet and outlet valves of the compressor should be set at 1 2-1.5m. Between them, the foundation height above the ground is greater than 150mm. When arranging large and medium-sized refrigeration compressors, consideration should be given to setting up lifting equipment for maintenance purposes
The width of the main operating channel in the compressor room should be 1 The width of non main channels should not be less than 0.8m. The distance between the protruding parts of the compressor and the distribution panel or station should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between the protruding parts of two compressors should not be less than 1m, and a distance should be left for the maintenance compressor to extract the crankshaft.

2、 The layout of the compressor
1. Single row: The main channel is on one side, the compressors are arranged in a straight line in the machine room, and other equipment is arranged in a reliable wall.
This layout method is more suitable for small cold storage with fewer machinery and equipment. Its characteristics are: convenient access to the computer room, neat arrangement of pipelines, and easy operation and management.
3、 Plane layout of compressor
Firstly, determine the layout form of the computer room, and then determine the width of the operating channel based on the model and quantity of the machine equipment.
(1) The width of the main passages in the computer room should be 1500-2500mm, and the width of non main passages should not be less than 800mm.
(2) The width of the main channel in the equipment room should not be less than 1500mm, and the width of the non main channel should not be less than 800mm.
2. When arranging between machines, between equipment, and between machine equipment and building walls, a certain distance should be maintained to position the machine equipment.
(1) The distance between the protruding parts of two refrigeration compressors should not be less than 1000mm, and the distance between the protruding part of the refrigeration compressor and the distribution panel or station should not be less than 1500mm to ensure that the crankshaft can be extracted during refrigeration compressor maintenance.
(2) The required plane area for each refrigeration compressor should not be based on the basic external dimensions, but should be based on the most protruding part of the body. The position occupied by the electric motor, cylinder cooling water supply pipe, and drainage funnel should also be considered.
(3) The distance between devices, if used as an operating channel, should not be less than 800mm. If not used as an operating channel, the distance between two devices should also not be less than 200mm.
(4) When there is no passage between the machine equipment and the wall, the distance between the refrigeration compressor and the wall should not be less than 500mm, and the distance between the equipment (including insulation layer) and the wall should not be less than 200mm.
3. Draw the positioning centerline of the machine equipment, and based on the positioning centerline and the machine equipment sample, draw the basic plan of the machine equipment.
4. Review the basic plan of the machinery and equipment, check whether each channel meets the requirements, whether the machinery and equipment are arranged in zones, and whether the pipeline connections are reasonable after the machinery and equipment are placed. After inspection, if the positions are reasonable, then the plane layout is considered correct
